I have been working out all summer doing yard work. I personally think that if you hula ho up weeds for 4 hours non stop everyday, then you will get rock hard abs as well. This will only work if your taller then 6' I think. If you have to bend over to hula ho up weeds, then you are crunching your abs. If you are continuously moving back and forth then this is an on going process. Even though your not at the angle of common abdominal exercise, you are still at an angle working your abdominals. In 4 hours you can probably get in about 1000-3000 vertical hula crunches. If you flex your abs while you move into the forward motion, you reach your goals within a faster timeline.
